By placing an order on the Website, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this notice.

Zaqoro offers a customer-focused return arrangement designed to ensure confidence when purchasing electronic products through the Website. Subject to the conditions below, customers may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the date the product is received.

Refund requests are accepted provided that the product is returned in its original condition, with original packaging and all accessories included, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase such as an order number or receipt. Products that show signs of misuse, physical damage, alteration, missing components, or are returned in an unsellable condition are not eligible for refund. Items clearly identified at the time of purchase as non-returnable or final sale are excluded from this arrangement.

To initiate a return, customers must contact support@zaqoro.shop within the 30-day period and provide the relevant order reference. Return instructions, including shipping details, will be issued upon confirmation. Unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on the part of Zaqoro, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Where a product is received in a defective condition or does not correspond with the order placed, customers must notify Zaqoro within 7 days of delivery. Clear photographic or video evidence, together with the order number, may be required for verification. In such cases, Zaqoro will, at its discretion, arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including applicable shipping costs.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing typically occurs within 7 to 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. The actual timing for funds to appear may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment service provider.

If a refund has not been received after the stated processing period, customers are advised to first verify their bank or card statement and contact their payment provider for confirmation. If the matter remains unresolved, customers may contact support@zaqoro.shop for further assistance.
